I have been taking one daily and in six months my nails are stronger. I do see some short hairs growing but I am not sure it is because of the supplement, though I do hope for thicker hair. I think my hair is growing faster, which is a good sign. It takes about six months for fingernails to grow out completely, so it does take time to see a difference. Can't see any difference in my skin. I use this supplement once daily and twice daily when I don't take a multi-vitamin (to avoid getting too much Vitamin A). I plan to keep using it.
