I made my Thanksgiving pies vegan for the first time this year, using this for the eggs, and Trader Joe's Soymilk coffee creamer in place of the canned milk. Excellent results, very smooth, creamy, and flavorful. Only big difference was in the extended baking time I needed for the custard to set, an extra 20-30 mins.

My boyfriend bought this for me so I could have pancakes since becoming vegan and I'm absolutely delighted with it! It's great to finally have an egg replacer to bake with.
