Evolution offers the best way to help change your cats over to a vegan diet so that your companions can live cruelty-free, too! These moist canned cat foods by Evolution are designed to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO cat food nutrient profiles for all life stages. Carefully formulated to meet the nutritional needs of all your cats' life stages, like all Evolution Diet foods, this moist food includes Taurine (for vision and cardiovascular contractile strength); carnitine (for cardiovascular contractibility); and vegetarian vitamins and trace minerals to promote good general health, aid in digestion and enhance immunity. With this food, you won’t be giving your cats any slaughterhouse leftovers and contaminated animal parts filled with hormone residue – it is comprised solely of whole vegetables and added nutrients essential to proper health for cats of all ages. Low in mineral ash and magnesium, this formula is also high in Methionine to help prevent kidney problems. This hypoallergenic formula does not contain any artery-clogging cholesterol, antibiotics or other unwanted extras that are in meat-based foods, so you’ll know that your cats are getting the very best option available.
Gourmet Entree cans are 12.8 oz. (363g) and are $2.99 each - save when you buy 12 or more cans for only $2.84 each, and 24 or more for $2.69 each for the best price!
**NOTE** - This product is non-returnable due to the finicky nature of our feline friends, so we recommend ordering just a can or two to start as we cannot accept back any cans under any circumstances. Some cats have a more difficult time adapting to a vegan diet than others, so please monitor your cats closely during the transition to a vegan diet to ensure that they maintain optimal health during this phase, and have your cat’s health checked regularly by a licensed veterinarian. We are not veterinarians and cannot offer medical advice regarding cats and issues that may arise on a vegan diet, so if you have questions or concerns regarding this please contact your veterinarian as they can best assist in this area. In addition, you can also contact the formulators of this food directly at weisman@qwest.net if you have additional questions regarding the nature of the formulation and any special dietary considerations you may need to address. We can only share information that is stated by the manufacturer regarding their products, as we are neither animal nutritionists nor the creators of this item.

All 3 cats approve!
From Vegan Bunny Girl of Newport News, Virginia on .
I wasn't sure what to expect from this product, but my 2 adult cats and young kitten (7 weeks) all ended up loving this product upon first bite! While our little kitten has his own special food, he ran over when I put out the big cats food and dug in anyways. My 2 adult cats also loved the cat food. This was SHOCKING, considering my picky cats frequently have turned away food with meat in it on a whim! One of my adult cats has an allergy to all types of meat except for turkey and fish, and as a vegan, I'm glad I was finally able to find a cat food that does not endorse the torture of other animals, and is healthy for my cats.
Cat liked it but puked it up
From Anonymous of St.Catharines, Ontario on .
I mixed the food with his standard wet food, and he liked it and ate it but puked it up later (he hasn’t puked in a long time
Cat doesn't like it
From Douglas of Sacramento, California on .
Cat did not like this. Only ate it if mixed with other food, and then only begrudgingly.
Bad

My cats wouldn’t even try it.
Winner :)

The difference between the flavors is that Gourmet Entrée has a bit of avocado in it, to alter the taste. My critters approve of both, but GE looks like the favorite. Texture is similar to a pâté, but softer, and not blended entirely so smooth. Actually looks pretty appetizing to me! My cat Kaydith loves in, and my dog Toboe absolutely won't let me get away with giving his sister some and not him. Less critical, but it's also beloved by the bearded dragon(omnivorous lizard), the house ducks, and the guest crow. All but for Kaydith, it's only distributed as a treat. Also, gotta say, I love the labels on the cans. I like to show them off.(I work at a pet store)
