I have been battling to find vegan meats low in sodium; it is hard when one ages and has been on a vegetarian and vegan diet for over 50 years; was skeptical when I first received the ground meat; couldn't find many recipes for it. but I braved it and made myself small burgers. This is the first time I ever not burped/gas like; i love it that the taste is sublte and it is very good and low in sodium.
