The day before rub salt all over the ham loaf to wrap plastic and keep for 24 hours remove the salt by running water on it , bake according to instructions add cloves like you would a regular ham before baking, I took glaze that was included and added Smuckers apricot preserves to it, it' just needed to be kicked up a notch, delicious my non-vegan friend asked for seconds

We've served this ham many times and enjoyed it. I have trouble purchasing it because it flies off the shelves in brick and mortar stores and online stores alike.

The texture was okay, but not great, and the taste was pretty bland without the glaze. It kind of sucked as a main dish, but it makes pretty tasty sandwiches.

I bought this hoping to have it for Thanksgiving. I followed the directions exactly; it looked amazing and it smelled pretty good too. However when I tasted the product it was horrible. The texture was awful and so was the taste. I will never purchase this again.

I got this to try because so often we have to make two dinners, or at least two main dishes. My husband was super impressed and there was almost no left overs two days later. I will say that I made my own glaze with Earth Balance and Sucanat; I'm not much into fruity glazes. All in all, big success.
