I used this in my baking. Made a chocolate cake which was amazing. Took it to church for a fellowship dinner and no one knew it was a vegan cake.

Scrambled egg, scrambled egg, does whatever a scrambled egg does. But it does. This is just like egg. Scrambles and bakes perfectly.

I LOVE this! Easy to cook/substitute in anyway you would eat scrambled eggs. My plant-based-hesitant husband could find no fault in these and noted that it is even more convenient than scrambling actual eggs. This item is a must-try.
