I really like this stuff. It is very similar to tarter sauce, but not quite the same. I would have thought maybe they reduced the dill and added some mint, but it must be the ginger and tamarind in it. I've tried it on sandwiches and with pizza, and love it. It should be perfect for Gardein Fishless Filets. Which I'll test tomorrow night...
