As mentioned in an earlier review, I'm a Hampton Creek EVERYTHING fan. Seriously a game changer in the condiment aisle. My BF is a omnivore and is amazed "how far vegan food has come" in the last decade. He LOVES this stuff! We use Awesomesauce on sandwiches, as a dip for falafels, and on burgers. Try it!

I really like this stuff. It is very similar to tarter sauce, but not quite the same. I would have thought maybe they reduced the dill and added some mint, but it must be the ginger and tamarind in it. I've tried it on sandwiches and with pizza, and love it. It should be perfect for Gardein Fishless Filets. Which I'll test tomorrow night...
