Good texture. Disappointing flavor.

I’m a big fan of kite hill products, but this one was a miss. Texture was good, but flavor was bland with slight bitter notes.
Not terrible, but not good either
From Anonymous of New York, New York on .
Let me start by saying I’ve been looking for an amazing vegan tzatziki for what feels like forever, and I do have high standards (Greek heritage is to blame). Points to kite hill for being one of the first to offer a commercially made product! However, I was not fond of the tzatziki at all; the texture was fine, the flavor was not. I can’t exactly describe the flavor other than to say that it was extremely bland, but in a slightly bad way. I ended up adding tahini, lemon juice, and garlic powder to this tzatziki which made it tasty, but very much not tzatziki.
