Oh lord how I have missed ricotta in my life ♥ hands down the best! Great in Lasagna, Manicotti etc.

Tasted this before adding to lasagna and it tastes authentic. It is amazing and is indistinguishable from traditional non vegan ricotta. I just wish it was less expensive.
