These are very filling and are wonderfully savory. The pastry puffs up after baking at 400 degrees for 25-30 min. They are five-star when served with a sauce. 4-star when eaten as-is in my opinion. But when paired with a pesto/herb sauce or even a sweet chili sauce, it's amazing.
