Reminds me so much of bresaola!

Has a slightly stronger winter spice taste than any beef carpaccio or bresaola I've ever tried, but when paired with non-dairy boursin and good bread, no one would think they weren't eating a cured meat of some sort. No gluten-y aftertaste at all! Fantastic texture. Definitely worth trying.
Please don’t discontinue these!
