Finely sliced, peppery flavored, decent texture. You need to like the flavor of pepper, because it really dominates. I did not taste salami, but I like pepper, and with sliced tomato, avocado, and lettuce on deli rye, it hit the spot for me. However, for a salami flavor I would not buy again.
