The Best Ever
From mclay1965 of Jacksonville, Florida on .
The best ever! I love these noodles and they are a staple in my home. I prepare them according to my taste, more water if I don't want them spicy. As a vegetarian, this is a quick, convenient meal. I sometimes add beets, avocado, or sweet potatoes on the side. I love them!

I greatly enjoyed this ramen. If you do the full amount of water (1 1/2 cups) the broth is a bit watered down. I went with 1 cup and it was perfect (for me). When you first open the package you think "are you kidding me?" Because it is very very small, however once you cook it it fills out nicely. The spice level, in my opinion, was good. Too hot for my toddler and not spicy enough for my husband who likes very very spicy foods. Overall I will definitely purchase again.
Not a Fan

I was so excited to try this, because I love kimchi and I love ramen and putting them together has always been a winning combination for me. But unfortunately, despite claims of having an "insanely rich broth" on the package, I found the soup mix to be extremely lacking and lackluster and a little too sweet and not spicy enough (or at all) for my liking.
I also didn't like the texture of the type of noodles that come with this packet at all. Speaking of which, you get such a small serving of noodles it's laughable. When I opened up the package and saw how tiny the ramen noodles inside it was, I seriously laughed and shook my head. The ramen is rolled into a ball that's the equivalent of about 1/3 cup dry. Of course this expands as it cooks, but once again, the type of noodle wasn't a good texture and it didn't expand all that much because the noodles are on the thinner side.
Overall, this ramen wasn't "bad" at all, just not worth repurchasing either in my opinion. I'll stick with my Soon Veggie noodles instead.
