Ick.
From Aged Goth of Athens, Alabama on .
These had a weird taste and a horribly crumbly texture. The caramel didn't even taste good when I divested it of the "shortbread."
Disapointed

The picture looks good. Harder and smaller and crummier than I thought. I was disapointed. Not worth the cost. A weird taste.
strange flavor

These had a really weird artificial aftertaste to me. I was really disappointed because they sounded so promising.
Just one thing...
From Beth Sopko of New York, New York on .
I knocked off a star in my rating only because the ingredients list "vegetable oils," which may include palm. I normally choose not to knowingly purchase anything containing palm oil—the orangutan is scheduled to become extinct by 2012 as a result of habitat destruction—and this got by me.
The cookie is insanely great, however; I cut mine into three pieces so I wouldn't gobble it all down at once.
Would buy a ton if GMO-free
From Anonymous of San Diego, California on .
I was excited when I saw these on the web site- ready to order a ton! I'm both vegan and gluten-intolerant, so at first glance, I thought I had scored! But then I took a closer look and saw that these aren't organic. Unfortunately, nowadays that means that the corn, soy, lecithin, and possibly the potato and some of the other ingredients, are almost certainly genetically modified. If you could make this with all-organic (and therefore, GMO-free) ingredients - even if you had to raise the price a little - that would make this appeal to a LOT more people. Let's keep the ethical vegans healthy, too! We need the vegans to live a long time and not die prematurely from GMO's. Thanks!
