Great Meat Substitute

I made breaded fishess filets with these and they were really good. Highly recommended.

Silly to call this a meat substitute, but it is great! It is more like an artichoke hearts substitute. Great raw or lightly cooked. When you cook them, they fall apart, so I prefer them raw or just slightly warmed. I might even prefer these to artichoke hearts because they are bigger, and there is way more in a can.
