All of these vegan meat products are DELICIOUS!! Highly recommend. My favorite might be breakfast sausage, love the spice!
Terrible taste
From LIsa Woodard of South Roxana, Illinois on .
Not sure what the seasoning is in these sausages, but I cannot take it. It does not have a sage flavor to me at all. Even my carnivore friend said it was gross. I tried one piece and the rest of them will get wasted because I cannot stomach them at all.
Wow, so tasty and whole ingredients

The sage is great, it browns up nicely. I love that it is whole ingredients. Great to use in other recipes besides breakfast. Nothing is as nutritious as this. Great stuff in non vegans love it at our house.
tasty

I probably wouldn't buy these again only because they taste more like Italian sausage (with a hint of heat), as opposed to breakfast sausage. But if you don't mind that flavor profile, then I think you'd like these patties. I fried them in a pan with little oil and they kept their shape and didn't fall apart when I ate them. They might have soaked up the oil a bit, but the texture was soft and chewy. It was great. FYI, I find that Neat has a breakfast sausage that tastes more like breakfast sausage.
Good product, but pricey.
From Jeff Skinner of Owen, Wisconsin on .
As someone who grew up on sausage, I really enjoyed these. Excellent flavor, a good blend of herbs and spices, and I liked their "nuttiness." Texture-wise, they're a little wimpy, tended to break apart on the fork. (I baked them with some oil, rather than frying them, so maybe that's why.) But at $1 per ounce, they are expensive; otherwise, I would definitely recommend them.
