More cheddar than brie
From Claire C of St. George, Utah on .
To me this tastes like a sharp white cheddar, not a brie. It’s still a very good vegan cheese in that it tastes good cold (not easy to find) and has a soft, spreadable texture. But I would not call it a brie.
My husband’s favorite
From Steffi Miller of Norcross, Georgia on .
I ordered some to try it, but I like sharper cheeses. My husband on the other hand loves this consistency and the softness of this one.
Soft and tangy
From Dara Purvis of State College, Pennsylvania on .
This has a really nice smooth, tangy flavor. It's a very soft cheese, especially if it comes up in temperature, which I like to give some variety in a vegan cheese plate.
Brie-lieve me, it's phenomenal!
From Anonymous of Delaware, Ohio on .
I purchased this, along with several other artisan cheeses, so my husband and I could enjoy a special cheese plate on Christmas Eve. Not all were standouts, but this CERTAINLY was! It was super creamy and had that tangy, piquant edge unique to good (dairy-based) bries. Love it!!!
Amazingly good!
From Dawnne Ernette of Moses Lake, Washington on .
This cheese is so delicious! I will buy this one again and now I want to try the others.
