Amazing
From Isa of Atlanta, Georgia on .
I pan fried this with a little bit of oil, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves and it was incredible! This is a more traditional meat substitute with simple and healthy ingredients—like the ones you can find in many East Asian and Southeast Asian cuisines that stem from a buddhist vegetarian tradition. My only qualm is that I find the portion somewhat small. The description states that it is 6 servings but I think it’s closer to 3-4, depending on how protein-focused you prefer your meals to be.

IN LOVE!!! Make tuna salad with this regularly! Tuna salad sandwiches are becoming a staple for us. Seriously you need to try!
Fabulous!!!!

Saturday night dinner, grilled in a nonstick pan with no added oil and only a spritz of lemon and ate it hot with brussels sprouts and sliced tomatoes. Sunday night dinner, ate it cold in sandwiches on bagels with vegan mayo and organic artisanal pickle relish (would also have been great with capers or chutney). Absolutely terrific!
Best Vegan Fish

This is by far the best Vegan Fish. I have used it for "Toona" noodle casserole or just throw it on a ceramic griddle and brown it up. It's Awesome!!
Delicious!

I baked this on 375 covered (so it wouldn't be dry) and it turned out well. Very, very good! I just wish that it was either larger or less expensive.
