If you don't mind that it tastes like a vegan macaroni rather than the real thing I think you'd really enjoy this. I had this with some shredded zucchini and added some paprika after I took it off the stove and then placed it in the oven. It tasted great to me, kinda tastes a bit like chicken soup at some point haha, thought that was pretty strange but I am just happy about it being Vegan, well worth the cruelty-free factor and it makes you full!! :)
