Information: Viana's meat alternatives are shelf-stable and do not
need a cold shipper to be sent to you at this time. Viana
brand items are sold in many locations in Europe as shelf-stable
products without any refrigeration - the packaging notes "Keep
refrigerated" for sale in the USA so that retailers will display
Viana items alongside competing meat alternatives which are found
in the refrigerated section at most stores, but this does not mean
that their items require refrigeration until after being
opened. Once opened, you will need to refrigerate any unused
portions for up to 7 days to keep your Viana items
This allows you
to save money on not needing a cold shipper with their products,
unless you happen to be ordering other items which do require
refrigeration (where a cold shipper will automatically add to your
order). Please email us at email@example.com

So disappointed, nothing like nuggets!
From MM of Montreal, Quebec on 1/16/2014.
With all the positive reviews, I thought these nuggets would be fantastic. Instead, they tasted bland; nothing like nuggets! The fact that the first ingredient is tofu, rather that soy protein, should have tipped me off. You simply can't get the same texture and flavor if you use tofu. Look elsewhere!
Good for a quick meal
From Anonymous of Athens, Greece on 2/9/2009.
In Greece I can find these on a health food store for really cheap, since they come from Germany. I like them because they are easy and quick to make in any way you want and though they are very hearty they don't taste 'too meaty'.
From vegan gill of welches, Oregon on 1/28/2009.
dipped it in pretend honey (Rice nectar) yummy.
Looks gross, tastes great
From Melissa of Rye, New York on 1/21/2009.
These look kind of gross in the package, and when you pick them up you say to yourself "hmmm....I'm sure this will be nasty". But wait! They are fantastic! I pan fried mine, and they were amazing...they were crunchy on the outside and...dare I say it...tasted like chicken....or at least how I remember chicken tasting.
From Jeff Swan of Pompton Lakes, New Jersey on 1/6/2009.
Put these in pasta fagioli & potato salad-wow fantastic & organic!
