This stuff is amazing - true test that even my husband loves it! And he’s the one with genetic cholesterol issues. We’ve used it to grill sandwiches, on toast, crackers,, garlic bread, popcorn,...even tossed with pasta for faux fettuccini. Absolutely no complaints!

I have not used any form of butter for a good 30 yrs yet for some reason I saw this and was excited. I was also hopefull that it wasn't ONE MORE Vegan Product that tasted like COCONUT (some is fine, but when everything vegan has the same damn taste, ya get sick of that lingering taste in your mouth) I was shocked and now I've actually used it on numerous things... FYI... my dog gives it thumbs up also. She licked the hell out of one plate but walk away from they other pate with the same thing on it... except your butter! Not that anyone really cares.
Do you happen to make vegan yogurt (soy for instance) There used to be 5 or more different brands of soy then there was 0 for two years (I learned to make my own) now there is one. I won't eat the others because it's not beneficial to me, it has no protein, and I don't like the taste.

I have liked all her products so far. I really like her butter. It taste like butter, even more buttery than real butter. And it is all natural, not even flavored enhanced with "natural flavors", so I feel good about eating it too.

This is truly as good or even better than regular butter. Unbelievable that someone can make a vegan product that matches the non-vegan original so well. It cooks like butter, it smells and tastes like butter. Not margarine. This is really, really miraculous.

This is the most amazing butter I've ever tasted. It has just the right amount of sweet and tangy tastes. Works amazingly well in baking. I've had non-vegans taste it and they're shocked at how delicious and buttery it tasted. A truly incredible product.

I made a delicious flaky pie crust using this instead of regular butter. I was amazed at how well it turned out. The consistency of the frozen vegan butter is different than that of dairy butter - miyokos seems to fracture a bit more - its not as easy to cut it into consistently-sized cubes, so I expected some detrimental effect on the crust quality, but it turned out very nice and flaky. I use the Phoebe Lawless (our local celebrity pastry chef)pie crust recipe which uses a smaller fat to flour ratio than most pie crust recipes.
For my crust I used 3 cups of flour to one 8oz stick of miyokos. I think i might cut the flour back just a tad on the next try since miyokos has less fat than butter. But I really had no complaints about the 8oz/3 cups ratio either. that worked out fine.

This stuff is amazing. Tastes just like cultured European butter. Melts beautifully on toast (number one butter test!) and works perfectly in baking. I just wish it was available in the UK as importing it from the US makes it pretty expensive, but I can't live without it!

Wow this is is delicious stuff. I tried in vegan mac, pasta with veggies, sautéed mushrooms, oatmeal, pancakes, etc. it was yummy and I'll be getting more so I can try in more desserts and baked goods.
