It's just ok for creamer
From Mary White of Littleton, Colorado on 7/9/2015.
I purchased this product to use as a creamer. I'm new to the vegan lifestyle and trying to make that transition. Creamer is one of my hurdles, in that I like the other non-vegan stuff. As far as the flavor in coffee, it just ok. It's creamy when tasted from a spoon, but lacks that cream flavor when put in coffee. I can try to acquire a taste for it. If you are already vegan, this will probably be fine for you. It is creamy in texture, pleasant flavor, lightly sweet. I have been looking at some of those vegan creamer recipes made with cashews or other nuts. I don't have a nut allergy, so I may just include this product in the recipe, maybe I'll come up with something I really like in coffee. Additionally, I think even this is expensive if just used as a coffee creamer.

I used this whisked into melted vegan dark chocolate to make some of the best creamy ganache for a vegan cake. I had so many requests for the recipe from non vegans!

This has a good taste, but I was unable to whip it into anything close to resembling the picture on the carton. It's too liquid and not thick enough to whip. It's also made in Italy and there is no mention of whipping it in the English instructions. However, it makes a good coffee creamer or liquid cream for other purposes.

great taste and texture

Mild, creamy taste. Lovely texture. I made a vegan version of homemade "eggnog" using this product with almond milk and soymilk with sugar and spices. Fantastic.
