if you want something more cheesy smelling get the dairy free parmazano - however I love this product on salads - over vegan gravy - it is more nutty than anything - not so parmy - I use this product all the time. But.. I use parmazano for red sauces/pastas when I want more of that reggiano vibe if you follow. anyway - please enjoy...
Not at all cheese-like

Not a good replacement for cheese. (It's oddly spicy and a bit too cloying.) It makes a nice topping for a casserole of pasta, vegetables, and a vegan meat, but I won't put it on tomato sauce again.

The almond meal, yeast, and onion seem to be a good spice combination. However, there is too much SALT and citric acid, which is an artificial ingredient, in this product.They should use less salt, and replace the citric acid with dehydrated lemon or another natural extract. Possibly also include new items that add more herbs and spices to the original (like the versions of Parma Raw)Would not use it as a staple as-is, but hopefully they will improve it.
