I first found out about the Louisville Vegan Jerky Co. through Vegnews, and after purchasing/trying the Pepperoni flavor here I can definitely say this is better than traditional jerky, it tastes exactly like pepperoni, has the same texture as traditional jerky, and it's not greasy like the traditional jerky either. I know that many people are turned off when they hear the word Vegan or plant-based, I've experienced it first-hand myself when asked what I was eating, but I guarantee you that if you were to ask someone to try this, but don't show the packaging, 9 times out of 10 they would never think that this was vegan, and would love it too because it's that good and that authentic. This is a great snack for ANYONE that likes jerky, and I highly recommend it!
