Very soft, not a lot of chew

I like the bold flavor of this chipotle chili carrot the best, followed by the Tuscan, and then the Beet one. I didn't find the flavor overly spicy at all, and it held it's own with other veggies and ingredients in a sandwich. These slices have the texture and chew of thinly sliced bologna.
