Fabulous! What food tastes like!
From Leeza of New York, New York on .
Rico's pig-free rinds are a crackling, crunching, chomping delight. You can swirl them in hummous, guac, salsa -- but why would you want to, they are so wonderful just as they exit the bag?! This is the real thing - it is not a "substitute" for something else any more than cruelty free is a "substitute" for cruelty driven. Comfort food: real food that does not aspire to be skin pulled from someone and deep fried in that same someone's rendered body fat.Someone has to say it, so I will: if the words upset you, think of the unimaginable cruelty and violence behind the words. Don't like seeing those words in print? Of course you don't. So don't put that horror in your mouth! Rico's rinds taste precisely as they should with the texture they should have: they are actual food. This is what food tastes like. Food is cruelty free. If it was someone or came from the exploitation of someone it is not food. Take a look in the mirror: do you see food??? Am I annoying you? Good. Eat only food. Please.
great!

great pork rinds! Great for people who want that corner store style rind that is bad for you, those people but who want it without animal products. It does have MSG, and that is a huge let down. Very different from the Outstanding brand rinds. Those aren't as authentic all around, but have no MSG. So if you dont mind the MSG, get these. If you do, go for the Outstanding brand rinds.
Loving it

I love this product. It does not have a lot of spice so my allergies are not activated. I have tried others that have come out on the market lately and I still prefer this product. It's the closest to the pork rind product that I use to eat as a child. I wish I could get it more than once or twice a year.
