A truly unique snack, these are actually a 100% vegan
version of traditional pork rinds made from wheat flour that have
an amazingly similar taste and texture, but naturally, they're kind
to pigs and are completely animal-free.
Available in either Original or Hot & Spicy

flour (bleached enriched fungal enzymes, niacin, reduced iron,
mononitrate, potassium bromate, thiamine, riboflavin, folic acid),

These are exactly what my taste buds were craving. now, to be perfectly honest- I wasn't impressed with the first bite but for whatever reason it got better and better and now I'm obsessed. This review is for the original. I haven't tried the spicy yet.

I only ever had pork cracklings at a theme park pre-vegan, so was never addicted to them even though I lived in the south. But, I have to say, these things are great. Very different from your normal chip snack, a lot of umami, a lot of crunch, very satisfying and you don't need to eat the whole packet. I re-ordered almost immediately after trying them. Next time, I'll reorder even more, so I don't run out. They satisfy some craving that I never knew I had...

These are so much fun == a nice change from popcorn and potato-corn chips. They can be eaten as is, or used to scoop up humous, black bean or edamame dip, guacamole or avocado right from the peel, salsa, or chutneys. We got the regular and the "hot." The hot is not a painful burning hot -- I think it would classify as medium. You get flavor, but not pain! These will go fabulously with a sandwich or wrap. They are good to go!

A snack that breaks the popcorn-corn&potato-chip mold! We love these. Great crunch; nifty flavor. The regular are hearty and satisfying. The hot-spicy have just the right amount of "heat." They are warmly piquant - you do not get pain, you get interesting and persuasive flavor. For me, it is what I would classify as low-medium hot, which is perfect for eating something that you will want to eat by the handful! You can also scoop: humous, salsa, chutneys, guacamole, any soft or creamy vegan cheese - or you can do as we did: scoop out a halved avocado, with nothing added to the glorious taste of the perfect fruit. These are just the thing!
