There are very few things that I missed more than a good slice of blue cheese on a cracker or some blue cheese crumbles in my salad. I don’t feel like I’m missing anything, it spreads well it cuts well and it remains good as long as it’s frozen. I am thrilled

RIND Aged French Style Plant-Based Bleu cheese is superb, capturing precisely the characteristics of the cruelty-driven variety from whose descriptions I repeat selected adjectives because they are the mots justes: delicate and luxurious creaminess, intricate flavor, velvety texture, slightly sharp taste and a lovely finish. This is CHEESE. Not cheez; not che'se. CHEESE. This is why dictionaries are updated: a living language will die if it does not grow with new knowledge and new thinking. So, please, say CHEESE. And enjoy this magnificent cheese with all your heart.
