    An intriguing edible mold rind encases a creamy cashew cheese that's flavored with traditional Lapsang souchong tea leaves which are added to Rind's Classic Cambleu, infusing clean smoke and floral resin notes.

    A layer of peppery, hot and spicy horseradish is complemented by the mild and creamy Cambleu body for a balanced and bold cheese. 

    This Herbs de Provence wheel starts with RIND's Classic cheese blend (a pairing of bleu and camembert in one unique "cambleu" melding) and adds in a delectable blend of 11 fresh herbs including basil, dill, rosemary and thyme for a cheese you won't soon forget.

    An intense bleu mold rind, sometimes speckled with white, encases a yeasty, buttery body. Bleu (often appearing green or black) veins may appear, creating piquancy.
