We got the peach. Wow. It tastes like an actual peach. It is like inhaling springtime! It is fabulous. Our next order will include the other flavors. For a company-worthy celebratory dessert, let the jell get thick but not quite firm and put it with about 8 ice cubes in the blender and whip it up into an opaque mousse texture and refrigerate. You can add vanilla cashew or soy milk to the mix, but you do not have to because this dessert is simply delish!

The texture is just like I remember jello being, and the strawberry flavor (I haven't tried the others) is delicious but not overpowering/overly sweet.
