VE sent me some of this by mistake and told me to keep it. I had no idea what to do with it at first, but you can use it like BBQ sauce (duh...), or hoisin, black bean sauce, vegan oyster sauce, etc. It is *very* salty, so you only need a little, but this has a great salty-sweet-ginger flavor. Add a little to your stir fry. Marinate some tofu, seitan or tempeh in it, and you have a great tasting protein. Even though I didn't order this, I'll be keeping it in the fridge from now on. As soon as I get more tofu, I plan on using it in a tofu scramble. The squeeze bottle with a flip top also makes it very handy to use.
