We have learned to used the can properly so we get most of the product. Even though the can is fun to use we feel it is expensive. The boxed version however is wonderful! It is less expensive and thicker than the can version. It stays whipped for days in the refrigerator as the box claims. It has been four days and is still thick, creamy and fluffy. And, it is shelf stable so I can always have it on hand. This is a win-win for my family.

I just tried Soyatoo's heavy cream sub. I wanted to test it BEFORE Thanksgiving so I could pick some more up if it was good. In the years past, I've tried both the Soyatoo in the aerosol can and making whipped cream from canned coconut milk. The aerosol can rarely works and the coconut milk is hit or miss. The heavy cream sub was quick, easy, and tasty. If my second try at making whipped cream from their heavy cream sub is a success, I'll be a customer for life.

Who needs the other non vegan version? This is better!! Okay, MAYBE I did add a little more sugar than it called for.. but I like it extra extra sweet. What a nice treat over some strawberries yumm!

Used it in pistachio ambrosia with other vegan substitutes, and it was fabulous. But now I cannot find it anywhere. Which stores sell it in Houston. A single Whole Foods had it but now doesn't.

I love, love, love this stuff. It doesn't melt after whipping and is soooo good to eat-plain, on pie, however and whenever. Highly recommended.
