    Fantastic!

    This Brie is a dream come true! I was able to bake it in vegan puff pastry with apricot preserves and it came out spectacularly. Melts perfectly which has been an issue with a lot of vegan cheese. Well worth the splurge as a treat and I’ll be ordering more in the future. I wish Whole Foods carried it so I could get more easily here in NC!!!

    Excellent!

    Such an incredibly delicious treat! We baked it at 375 for about 15 minutes... then broiled for about two or so until the top started to brown. Then, we drizzled on some fruit preserves and spooned onto Triscuits. Everyone who tried it said “wow!” I will absolutely be buying again!

    Will Buy Again

    This is the best vegan brie I've found yet. The texture is spot on. The only reason why I gave it 4 and not 5 stars is because it isn't quite as mild as I would like my brie to be. It has a slight sharpness. But when on a cracker, it's almost indistinguishable from non-vegan brie.
