Very good, great flavor and just the thing on a cold day! Super easy, and I added Gardein crumbles. Makes a lot. Leftovers don't freeze well however. Everything mushed together after thawing, bad texture and flavor not as good as freshly prepared.

Tried this for the first time, and was blown away by how good it was!! Leahey Gardens is amazing!! This tasted just like the stroganoff my Mom used to make when I was little (minus the actual beef!) and it has immediately become a favorite! It's so creamy and delicious! At first, I thought 5 cups of water was too much, but it sets really well. It was still amazingly creamy the next day when reheated as well! Fantastic!

This was so delicious. It's creamy and salty and just yummy. I miss macaroni and cheese and alfredo, and this fills a huge void in my vegan diet. My husband is an omnivore and he scarfed this down.
Tasty but salty

I found that 5 cups of liquid was too much, and would cut back at least a half of cup next time. When the sauce was mixed with the water, it tasted far too salty to me, so I added several cups of steamed veggies to this at the end and mixed it all up. That made it absolutely delicious. Next time, I'd probably add some beans, tofu or tempeh along with the veggies to add more protein and make it a one pot meal. Tastes great, but I only gave it 4 stars because of the salt.
