I was a little surprised when I saw a powder like substance. BUT this stuff is awesome. Has a meaty texture and a pleasant odor. Taco nights back!! We use it for taco salads too. Totally addicting!
Another Thumbs Up From Kentucky

I'd say this is definitely one of the top ready-to-make vegan options out there right now. Really really good. :DEvery store would do good to start selling these, I think they could really sell.
All time FAVORITE ! ! !

I was born and raised in California and grew up eatting mexican food so I am really picky. I have to say this is my all time favorite taco filling I've ever had! I don't miss "real Taco meat" at all! I come home starving half the time from a 10 hour shift and this is something I can have ready in a few moments and it taste so amazing! It really is a must try. Fantastic foods has so many great foods, but this is by far the very best!
tastes like taco bell-but in a good way!

I haven't eaten meat in over 10 years, but these remind me of fast food tacos. I usually prepare the stuffed pepper filling from Vegan With a Vengeance for tacos, but if you are craving "junk food" tacos these are a hit.

This is my 'go to' vegan food when my grand kids are coming. They'll eat this on tacos, nachos, whatever, and never question if it is real or not. They actually like it better than I do. The taste is basically ok but still has a sort of 'dried from a package' quality to it that keeps me from giving it 5 stars.
