This is IT!!!! Violife cracked the code for the most real block of ‘cheese’ you’ll ever try! The texture and taste are so close to the real thing you may cry! I’m so glad I bought two blocks because I ate half of one of them in the first day! This is the perfect slice and eat alone or on crackers cheese. This is the one we vegans have been waiting for! Amazing!
This tastes like cheddar. Really. Truly. Cross my heart. And not, like, crappy cheddar. Like, good, expensive cheddar, albeit a mild one. If I could only have 1 dedicated vegan product that's imitating something else for the rest of my life, it would be this and it's not even a close call. Good job violife and good job to science.
I love cheese, and most of the substitutes don't do real cheese justice. But this one does! It's really fantastic tasting, and so close to the real thing. Works great on its own or in pasta dishes. I will be buying more :o)
I usually don’t like the taste of cheezes on their own. There’s an aftertaste I can’t pinpoint that I don’t enjoy. This one has the least of that that I’ve tried in a cheez and the texture is awesome. It’s very creamy and smooth. Haven’t tried melting it yet but it seems like it would do so nicely.
