United StatesI was on the fence about this for a long time, but after I'd been vegan for a few months my taste buds adjusted and I no longer expected it to taste like dairy cheese, and I love it now. You have to put a little more work into melting it; just baking it on a pizza in the oven is going to leave you disappointed.

Had this cheese in a grilled cheese sandwich at the Grilled Cheese Gallery in St. Augustine - ooey, gooey, goodness! Taste and texture were spot on. Not oily nor rubbery like some other I've tried. Highly recommend.
