I am so thankful for beyond meat as I am not a fan of bean or other styles of burgers they just did not do it for me as far as texture goes but these are so great I just like mine smashed down a bit but that is just a preference thing, thank you again Beyond meat these are amazing!!!!
not good

They were great before they made them "new and meatier" Disgusting, with little rubbery bits. Threw them out.
Worth the hype

Got these for my folks and also for myself & hubby to try. Heard a lot about them, can't find them in our town. We all enjoyed them very much. Worth every cent and would purchase again 👍👍
To the Troll from H'ville , North Carolina
From Leilani of Bronx, New York on .
The anonymous troll from H'ville , North Carolina wrote this some time last month here saying, "If you people are vegan, why do you want everything to taste like Beef?"
Safe to assume by writing "you people" that this person is not vegan yet shopping on a vegan site. So thanks for adding tracking on the site.
Vegans didnt stop eating animal products because it suddenly tasted bad. We went vegan because there is no need to exploit and kill sentient beings.
Especially when we have products just as delicious like this one. These make the best burgers and you dont even need to add extra seasons!

It is awesome. Better than meat. The best tasting alternative and will certainly help someone who wants to transition. It is difficult to tell the difference. Just wish it was sold at more stores locally. I am guessing with the popularity at BK they will be slowly showing up on shelves. Beyond is what finally transitioned my adult son into vegetarian. He was never crazy about my veggie burgers.

They Are Amazing
From Jenseen Petersen of LAKEWOOD, Pennsylvania on .
If only they had these 40+ years ago when I first began trying to go vegan. They fry up and taste so real I would have got vegan long ago. They are so close to the real thing - I don't even think most meat-eaters would know the difference - that I can have them plain, the way I really like burgers, without the bun and by itelf, like a hamburger steak.
Other brands I ate with a bun and raw onion to make it taste more real. I'm now planning to get more. Thank you Beyond Meat and thank you, Vegan Essentials!
Awesome

Though they do smell like hash mixed with cat food
GREAT PRODUCT
From Robin B. of Dawsonville Ga, Georgia on .
Love this product, and the sausages are to die for, keep up the great work, I made a meatloaf that my family loves, if there is a negative, it's the price....please work on the price it doesn't need to be that expensive.
High

Best burgers ever
Packaging
From Eric of Rural, Washington on .
The burgers are good. With that said, the idea of only two burgers in a plastic tray is wasteful, and environmentally irresponsible.
DON’T BUY THESE!
From Tana Buss of North Freedom, Wisconsin on .
Please don’t buy here. They are by far the best burger alternative I’ve tried yet. If you buy them, they will keep selling out and I’ll be unable to get them myself. 😊
Perfect Burger
From Kayleen Dresen of Council Bluffs, Iowa on .
Great flavor and texture. By far the closest to the real thing.
Delicious
From Sheila of Gardena, California on .
This burger is delicious and does taste exactly like meat. It is also very satisfying. I think it is the perfect meat alternative. The only problem is the price, but it is worth it.
Better than burgers!
From Anonymous of San Antonio, Texas on .
As much as I loved hamburgers as a carnivore I like the Beyond Burger more. Great flavor and realistic texture.
Best Vegan Burger
From Jimmy Cooper of Bristol, Virginia on .
I first tried this burger at Disney’s Epcot in Florida. Once I had it, I knew I had to find it to order. This is the best vegan burger I have ever had. So tasty, juicy, and easy to cook. Will continue to order this product in the future!
Best Burgers!!
From Anonymous of Franklin Park, New Jersey on .
These are the best burgers we've ever had. They are a game changer. Nothing has come closer to tasting like a hamburger than the Beyond Burgers! Must eat with a bun and condiments to get the whole experience.
Really good
From Jennifer of piscataway, New Jersey on .
I’m not a huge Beyond Meat fan, but I was curious about this product. It exceeded my expectations. I warmed up my George Foreman grill and cooked the patty on that. There’s a great smoky-crispy-bacon-like smell that comes out. It has a wonderful texture and it’s not dry or overly fatty/oily. I genuinely loved the flavor, and so did my spouse who stole a taste. I probably overlooked it because it didn’t have any pinkness in the middle. I will definitely buy this again.
Best Burgers

Finally are really truly great veggie burger. Will be reordering
Craveable
From Robin J. of Urbana, Illinois on .
I agree with earlier reviewers who mentioned the unpleasant aroma of the raw product. But once I get these burgers into a pan and cooking, I think they are the best "meat-like" burger I've ever had. Juicy and delicious.
Not for me
From Susan of Alexandria, Virginia on .
Smells like cat food to me. The texture didn't get brown enough. Just not flavorful enough for me. Using prepared vegan meatballs and adding ingredients tastes best to me until I find a from scratch recipe that works. Had one, couldn't stomach to cook the second burger in package.
Just as good as the real thing
From Anonymous of Erie, Pennsylvania on .
My hubby and I love these. I cook them up and top them with the typical burger condiments (A1 steak sauce, onions, peppers, lettuce, tomato, etc). They taste like the real thing and even look the same when cooking. My meat eating husband says he will forego the real thing in favor of these. The frozen version of this burger is good, too, but this is the best. I buy mine from Whole Foods
Absolutely Delicious

These are the best veggie burgers. I will order again.
Very good
From Crystal W. of Brooklyn, New York on .
The look and texture is very similar to real meat. I am new to the vegan world so i'm in my transition period where I look for food similar to the meats I use to eat. I never been a fan of med/raw looking burgers so the pink inside threw my off. I used burger seasoning and cut it in half so it was like two patties. I cooked it well and it had a nice crusting. I added Chao cheese and put the patty together again. It was amazing.
Highly realistic but not very good
From Christina Branum of Lincoln, Nebraska on .
I was not a huge fan of these. I'm not sure if it's the Pea Protein Isolate but there is a very off putting smell when you cook them and it's almost like the smell is the same taste because it's not great. I gave this 3 stars because I think this was so realistic to real beef and I appreciate these companies killing it in the mock meat game but I was not a huge fan of these.
DELICIOUS
From Brianne of Amarillo, Texas on .
WOW!These are absolutely delicious. I have been vegan for about 6 weeks now, and still crave meat. I miss meat... the texture, flavor, etc. I ordered a package of these and the second they arrived I threw a patty on my George Foreman grill with a slice of onion. It was heaven. Tastes, feels, looks, smells, just like a real beef hamburger patty. They are quite expensive, over $7 for 2 patties. However, these are so delicious and so similar to meet, that I'm ordering 2 more packages right as we speak. Worth the price! If you served these to a meat eater, they wouldn't have a clue that these weren't real beef patties. These are WAY better than any other plant based burger patty I've ever had.
OH MY!!
From Keri of Lake George, New York on .
I waited for whatever seems like forever to get these. Talk about worth the wait! I cannot stress enough how much like regular burgers these are. Having been a carnivore since birth, burgers, hot dogs and meat loaf are the things I miss the most. Check ONE off the list! Bleeds, sizzles, same texture as a burger, absolutely hands down TASTES exactly like a burger! I cook it a bit longer than they say, July 4th, put it on the grill. Absolutely amazing. Truly! Wish they weren't so pricey, but there has never been a vegan food more worth the price.
Delicious
From Kristan Koehler of Sterling Heights, Michigan on .
These are hands-down the best non-meat burgers I have ever tasted. If you don't like veggie burgers due to texture then this is the burger for you. I've had numerous meat eating friends try this and think they are delicious. You won't regret buying them!
Absolutely AMAZING!!!
From Keri of Lake Luzerne, New York on .
I couldn't wait to get these, first it was sold out, then I bought 12 burgers! It is truly amazing. I cooked it a bit longer than it says the 2nd time and it was better if thats' possible! It has meat texture, bleeds, cooks like a meat burger and the taste actually makes me think, "this tastes like a meat burger!!".I could give his to non vegans and they wouldnt say a word. 10 stars!! Truly amazing! Beyond Meat should try meat loaf, hot dogs, meatballs.
creepy real?
From Richard Rankin of La Plata, Missouri on .
I know Beyond Meat is trying to get meat-eaters to eat less meat with these burgers. And, that should work. The appearance is kind of creepy to me, but vegans aren't really the target market since they are trying to have them sold in the meat department beside ground beef. It looks exactly like raw ground hamburger meat.
Grill these up, and it is doubtful that a carnivore would know they weren't meat. But, I suspect they would comment on them anyway. Why? Because these are actually tastier than a ground meat hamburger.
I'd prefer that they didn't look so real, but I do have to say this is one of the most successful fake meats I've ever tasted. I was totally prepared to hate these (and wish I did since they are so expensive), but they are pretty amazing.
Scary good
From Ernest Mason of Sinclairville, New York on .
I've been hearing about and looking for these since they first came out. When I finally had the chance to get them I was afraid of being disappointed. There was no disappointment, they are hands-down the best vegan burgers I have ever tasted.
The only downside is that they are very expensive so we're going to have to save them for a special treat from time to time.
Holy Crap!
From Tobius Holmes of Duncan, British Columbia on .
These were amazing! They look like beef patties, and they have a texture just like it especially when fully cooked.
I wish they were available in Canada, I would be buying them all the time! I tried it on a bun, with reg burger toppings, ketchup, mustard, vegenaise, and the new Violife cheese and I would swear I was eating a reg beef burger, so dang good!
Almost too meat-like
From Anonymous of Saint Paul, Minnesota on .
I haven't eaten meat in 30+ years, but these are so "real" in texture and taste that, had it not been served by a vegan restaurant, I would have questioned its being vegetarian. My 10-year-old (vegan from birth) wouldn't eat it because it seemed so unfamiliar and was pink; it kind of repulsed her. My 14yo (also vegan) finished his, but was a little weirded out by it. These are the burgers to feed your non-veg friends if you want to win them over. I like that they're so different from every other Boca/black bean/chickpea burger options. They are tasty. Great source of protein too.
These are amazing!

Pricey but sooo worth it. Vegans and non-vegans alike will be amazed.
